Using SafetyCulture with PowerBI and its open API, National Grid centralized inspection data, improved reporting, and gained a clearer view of performance across sites and contractors. The company expanded its inspections from 35 to 105 types and completed 2,300+ inspections, enabling more informed decisions, faster issue resolution, and more proactive safety behavior.
