American Golf, Europe’s largest golf retailer, has grown to 95 UK stores and expanded into leisure, golf courses, driving ranges, adventure golf, and food and beverage. As the company scaled, it needed stronger processes for loss prevention, compliance, and record-keeping across stores and distribution centers, and turned to SafetyCulture platform to support that growth.
SafetyCulture implemented its platform, including inspections and the Heads Up messaging tool, to manage audits, emergency lighting checks, risk assessments, and store communications. The rollout expanded from 10 users to wide-scale adoption, improving store accountability by showing who had acknowledged messages, helping head office act quickly, and supporting marketing efforts to maintain brand standards and staff discount processes.
