Thomas Concrete, a ready‑mix concrete producer with more than 1,000 employees across three states and 600+ DOT drivers, needed a single safety management platform to document DOT requirements, deliver its own training content, and produce custom reports. They partnered with SafetyPlusWeb and deployed its DOT Driver File Management, Learning Management System, document storage, and New Hire Orientation features.

SafetyPlusWeb implemented cloud-based driver file management, uploaded Thomas Concrete’s custom training videos and tests to employee Landing Pages, and built two custom reports (including an MVR report) to surface compliance gaps. The result: centralized, searchable driver files, quicker identification of missing records, streamlined new-hire onboarding, and—per Thomas Concrete—monthly Excel work reduced from hours to “a few clicks,” supporting compliance for 600+ drivers and training access for 1,000+ employees.
