The Ridge Pinehurst, a senior living community, was looking for ways to improve resident retention and reduce early move-outs that can hurt occupancy, revenue, and overall NOI. They partnered with SafelyYou, using its safety-focused service to help residents stay safer and remain in the community longer.

With SafelyYou in place, The Ridge Pinehurst saw stronger retention at 30, 60, and 90 days compared with non-users, including a 42% better retention rate at 60 days. The median length of stay also increased by 28.3%, or 54 days, and leadership reported fewer ER visits and severe falls along with improved margin from better retention.
