Cogir Senior Living, a memory care operator, needed a way to improve resident retention, extend length of stay, and strengthen occupancy and financial performance across its communities. They partnered with SafelyYou, a safety and care solution used in memory care, to help address early move-outs and stabilize census.

Using SafelyYou across Cogir communities, residents showed stronger retention at 30, 60, and 90 days, with the biggest gain reaching 64.8% at 90 days. Average length of stay increased by 94 days, or 30.9%, and Cogir noted the potential to capture 30% more revenue from opted-in residents, supporting both NOI and overall occupancy goals.
