Merrill Gardens, a senior living operator, needed a better way to manage falls, reduce fall-related ER sendouts, and improve staff response times in memory care. The communities piloted SafelyYou’s fall detection and prevention technology to address these challenges while elevating care quality and controlling costs.

SafelyYou implemented video-based fall detection with clinical support, helping Merrill Gardens respond faster, reduce falls and ER visits, and improve outcomes for residents. In an analysis of 320 memory care residents across six communities, residents with SafelyYou had a median length of stay of 391 days versus 298 days without it—31% longer, or about 3 months more—supporting higher occupancy and revenue.
