SafelyYou implemented its AI-enabled fall detection technology across eight Highgate communities, using room cameras to detect falls and alert staff quickly. The video insights helped teams respond within minutes, avoid unnecessary ER visits, and build trust with families; as a result, the communities went 126 days without a fall-related ER visit and used fall-huddle learnings to help prevent future falls.
