PNM, the largest electricity provider in New Mexico, needed to automate and maintain accurate geospatial and outage data across many systems. PNM runs at least 25 scheduled FME workflows that deliver tasks such as 10‑minute outage updates, daily bird‑related outage detection, deleted‑pole checks, NM One Call processing, ArcGIS Online light‑data backups, and franchise fee reports.
