ProBuild, the largest supplier of building materials to national builders, local contractors, and tradesmen in the US, needed a way to support nearly 500 locations after decentralizing marketing and shrinking its home office team from 17 people to just two. Saepio’s MarketPort marketing asset management platform, already in use as “Brand Central,” gave each location access to standardized, customizable marketing materials without requiring design skills.
Saepio implemented MarketPort and Saepio OnePay to let ProBuild staff quickly customize, print, and pay for materials in a single workflow, with delivery routed wherever needed. The result was faster, more efficient local marketing for nearly 500 stores, elimination of slow purchase-order processing, and expanded use of the platform across other departments; the system now supports over 750 assets and even helped launch a 40-location U-Build pilot.
