Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, which operates Country Inns & Suites at more than 450 locations worldwide, faced the challenge of maintaining consistent brand standards across a global network while giving individual hotels the tools to create marketing materials quickly. With frequent rebranding and thousands of property images to manage, the team needed a simpler way to keep local marketing on-brand and easy for busy general managers to use. Saepio’s MarketPort marketing asset management platform was used to support this effort.

Saepio implemented MarketPort templates, bulk fulfillment, and permissions features to automate the creation and delivery of approved brochures, flyers, ads, web banners, and value-added campaign packages. The result was faster production of 15 ready-to-release assets per hotel in minutes, stronger brand continuity across all locations, and easier access to only the correct, approved property images. Saepio also helped keep content current by syncing property images nightly from an external system, reducing manual work for the corporate marketing team.
