G3 Enterprises, the logistics and packaging arm of E. & J. Gallo Winery, needed support launching a new B2C ecommerce sales channel while continuing to manage its established B2B operations. To get the channel off the ground, G3 turned to Saddle Creek Logistics Services for fulfillment expertise, omnichannel technology, and systems integration with its legacy ERP environment.

Saddle Creek Logistics Services stood up B2C fulfillment operations in Fort Worth and Chicago, using its order management system as an integration layer to connect multiple systems and centralize data. Since launching in summer 2018, Saddle Creek has handled pick/pack/ship for all of G3’s B2C orders each month, while also supporting B2B fulfillment; as ecommerce volume grows, G3 plans to add more fulfillment nodes with Saddle Creek’s help.
