Coty - Customer Case Study

Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies, needed a reliable partner to handle complex product assembly and distribution for its multi-channel retail business. With seasonal demand driven by holiday planning and customer forecasts, Coty required support for display assembly, gift pack packaging, and preparation of a wide variety of products for distribution. Saddle Creek Logistics Services provided the packaging services needed to meet these demands.

Saddle Creek Logistics Services has supported Coty’s packaging operations for nearly two decades, managing fluctuating warehouse space and labor needs during peak season. The vendor scales from about 50,000 to 250,000 square feet and runs 16 to 18 assembly lines with roughly 20 workers per line, processing 56 million pieces to produce 7 million sets and 600 finished SKUs each year. As a result, Coty gained greater flexibility, improved inventory control, and on-time, in-full performance.
