The Hay Adams is a 145-room independent luxury hotel in Washington, D.C., that completed an extensive restoration and sought to raise awareness of the renovation, announce its grand reopening, and promote special reopening rates. To achieve this, The Hay Adams engaged Sabre to run an Email Marketing campaign announcing the reopening and offers.

Sabre Hospitality designed an animated HTML e‑card with three calls to action (linking to the hotel homepage, Special Offers and Reservations), distributed it to roughly 1,000 addresses across three databases, and provided real‑time online reporting. The campaign drove a 30.5% overall click‑through rate (one database hit 56%), and 6.6% of clicks came from referrals/forwards, demonstrating strong viral reach.
