ITL World, one of the top five travel management companies in the Middle East with 39 offices across the region, needed a booking solution with richer content, more intuitive navigation and greater customization for corporate clients. To meet those goals, ITL World upgraded to Sabre Red 360 from vendor Sabre to give consultants a modern, graphical interface and consolidated access to fares, ancillaries and merchandising.
Sabre implemented Sabre Red 360 to centralize fare rules, branded fares, hotel content and ground-transport options into a single, easy-to-navigate workflow, reducing keystrokes and mouse clicks. The change increased throughput and service levels, shortened training from five days to two, enabled dynamic bundling and cross-office access to branded fares, and is supporting ITL World’s growth (more than 600,000 segments projected), delivering clear revenue and productivity gains for Sabre’s customer.
