Larkspur Landing, part of Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, needed a single CRS to centralize inventory and revenue management across its brands, improve front-desk sales effectiveness, and ensure the CRS communicated with property management systems. They partnered with Sabre to deploy the SynXis Platform, including Voice Agent, Property Connect and SynXis revenue management tools to address those challenges.

Sabre implemented the SynXis product suite across all channels (GDS, IDS, website and direct call-in with Voice Agent), integrated Property Connect for PMS communication, enabled Voice Agent cross-selling, and outsourced overflow/after-hours calls to the SynXis Reservation Call Center. For the Larkspur Landing brand this led to a 9.7% year-over-year increase in RevPAR, a 3.4% gain in RevPAR market share, and an 8.2% rise in average rate for hotel direct call-in reservations.
