CoralTree Hospitality embraces Buy Now Pay Later solution to enhance guest experience

CoralTree Hospitality partnered with Sabre to enhance its booking experience with a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) integration through Sabre’s Flex Pay solution. The challenge was to increase guest spending while also simplifying compliance with California’s new resort fee cancellation laws.

Sabre implemented Flex Pay to make BNPL available across CoralTree’s properties, enabling easier payments and smoother refunds within the 24-hour grace period. The solution has already delivered positive results, including increased order values, and CoralTree plans to expand its use to key destinations like Hawaii as it sees further booking growth.
