Alila Hotels and Resorts needed to strengthen brand recognition and showcase each property's unique personality while centralizing siloed guest data to enable behavior-driven, personalized marketing and increase direct bookings. Sabre centralized Alila’s data, deployed SynXis In-Context Ads and Retailing Insights, and ran consultative DX-led audits and campaigns. Sabre uncovered a 72% “denied availability” booking error and implemented fixes and digital checks, helping website revenue rise 82%; a six-month PPC pilot drove web traffic up 54%; and a 10-day Black Friday Facebook retargeting effort delivered ~23,000 impressions to 2,508 qualified users, an ROI of 28:1, and 25% of November revenue for the property.
