Sabio provided a single source of truth, replacing multiple systems including the intranet and Outlook for internal communications. The solution digitalized manuals and integrated monitoring features. This led to overwhelming user acceptance and a dramatic increase in the daily customer response rate from 53.5% to 92.6%. Sabio also enabled a faster onboarding process and reduced errors by eliminating outdated information.
