Transgourmet, a major food and non-food supplier, faced challenges with its agents handling up to 150 daily contacts using a fragmented and overwhelming array of information sources. Sabio provided a single source of truth, replacing multiple systems including the intranet and Outlook for internal communications. The solution digitalized manuals and integrated monitoring features. This led to overwhelming user acceptance and a dramatic increase in the daily customer response rate from 53.5% to 92.6%. Sabio also enabled a faster onboarding process and reduced errors by eliminating outdated information.
