LSE, the London School of Economics and Political Science, needed a better way to communicate with 3,400 students spread across eight halls of residence in central London, while also keeping up-to-date information available for visitors during vacation periods. Sabercom helped address this challenge with a digital signage solution for the accommodation offices and reception areas.

Sabercom installed a network of eight large LCD screens across the halls, centrally managed by Residential Services and also accessible to reception staff for targeted updates. The system was configured with separate layouts for student and guest audiences, and content is automatically scheduled to switch between term-time and vacation messaging, improving communication efficiency across LSE’s residences.

LSE
