Washington University in St. Louis faced a fragmented, makeshift LMS that lacked interactivity and personalization, forcing faculty and staff to navigate training paths on their own while being inundated with disparate monthly notifications from multiple departments.
After adopting Saba Cloud, the university deployed a flexible learning platform offering varied content types, social sharing, personalized learning paths and a streamlined user experience. In two years course offerings grew from about 100 to 630, engagement rose markedly, and the platform now supports diversity and inclusion initiatives and a streamlined employee orientation as WashU shifts from compliance to a culture of continual learning.
