Relying on learners to print their own certificates left the company without a reliable, auditable way to confirm compliance across its workforce.
The firm deployed Saba in the Cloud (“The Learning Network”) to centrally manage and track learning for more than 8,000 licensed agents and employees, including biannual re-testing and classroom training. By using Saba Publisher to develop most content in-house, Legal & General achieved faster integration into business processes, clear visibility of training status, and significant cost savings.
