Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, a provider of digital imaging and document-management products, needed a flexible, cost‑effective way to deliver mandatory project-management training and certification across a Europe‑wide workforce. Relying on classroom-only courses for 150 employees in 25 offices was expensive, logistically complex, and inflexible.
Konica Minolta partnered with LIVEPLACE to deploy Saba’s virtual classroom for a blended learning approach: a 12‑week self‑study PRINCE2™ curriculum supplemented by virtual kickoff sessions, group webinars, expert access, application sharing and surveys. The solution enabled mandatory certification to run reliably and securely, reduced travel and delivery costs, improved project-management skills and customer service, and became a shared tool for internal meetings and software rollouts.
