Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a Franciscan healthcare network of 15,000 employees across 200 facilities in Wisconsin and Illinois, faced fragmented talent management: 15 different systems, manual and inconsistent performance evaluations, thousands of disorganized job descriptions, weak links between goals and compensation, and low employee engagement and HR visibility.
HSHS implemented Halogen TalentSpace—adding Performance, 360 Multirater, Job Description Builder and Succession—trained local administrators, consolidated job descriptions to about 600, and standardized and automated performance evaluations, goal-setting, succession planning and pay-for-performance.
