GfK Consumer Choices, the global leader in sales reporting for technical consumer goods with operations in over 100 countries, needed to quickly and affordably raise and align the expertise of its widely distributed Client Service Analysts (CSAs). The division wanted consistent, certified training to improve customer service and brand delivery while cutting the significant travel and classroom training costs, including in locations with unreliable internet connectivity.
GfK chose Saba’s cloud LMS and deployed a simplified, scalable solution in eight weeks that provides around-the-clock, offline-capable access to a standardized “Path to Expertise” curriculum of 40+ modules (100+ hours). The rollout enabled universal certification of CSAs, reduced travel and line-manager training time, improved service consistency and client delivery, increased potential chargeable days, and made training immediately available to new countries.
