Fujitsu rolls out Saba Cloud for EMEIA-wide learning

Fujitsu, a global technology leader serving customers in 100+ countries, consolidated four EMEIA regions into a single organization of ~26,000 people and created a unified L&D team. The company faced fragmented learning systems—multiple LMSs in some regions and none in others—and needed a configurable, user-friendly, future-proof combined LMS/HRIS to deliver consistent, scalable learning across the region.

Fujitsu selected Saba Cloud, integrating internal content and third‑party libraries (including Skillsoft) to support instructor-led, online, blended, checklist and assessment-based learning in up to 17 languages across 39 countries. The rollout—initial go-live in nine months—streamlined administration, sped delivery of digital learning, shifted L&D staff to higher‑value work, and improved reporting on learner progress; Fujitsu continues to expand functionality, including mobile and virtual classroom plans.
