A Saba Case Study
Credit Suisse, a global financial services firm, faced a fractured approach to mandatory eLearning: decentralized programs ballooned while centrally governed global training shrank, content was largely static and desktop‑only, and employees were often required to take broad, last‑resort courses that didn’t match their needs. The Learning and Compliance teams needed better governance, more engaging mobile delivery, and tighter targeting to build a risk‑conscious compliance culture.
Credit Suisse migrated to Saba Cloud, introduced a two‑tier Governance Board to review and approve mandatory training, tightened audience targeting and quarterly rollout timing, and modernized courses with animation, video and adaptive assessments. The program now delivers 72 courses (over 500,000 completions), supports mobile completion for senior managers, and has centralized 100% of regulatory training governance (up from 14%), with higher completion rates and more effective compliance learning.
