ADP Major Accounts Services, which supports mid-sized employers with payroll, HR and related solutions, faced a challenge: ensure clients learn to use complex products so they get full value, improve retention and reduce routine support costs. Training needed to be high-quality, accessible and flexible to fit busy client schedules across the U.S.
ADP deployed Saba Classroom and the Saba Learning Suite (with an automated VLE connector) to deliver a blended mix of virtual and classroom courses, split multi-part sessions, interactive tools, and centralized registration and tracking. The approach made training more flexible and trackable, reduced routine help-desk inquiries, increased client satisfaction and cross-sell potential, and gave executives consolidated reporting on course usage and learner progress.
