ABN AMRO, one of the largest banks in the Netherlands with about 25,000 employees worldwide, needed to centralize and standardize training across its global workforce. The solution delivered significant financial benefits through central vendor management, supported mandatory training for 25,000 employees, reduced travel via e-learning, clarified curricula and certification, and produced a more agile, efficiently trained workforce while enabling expanded self-service, mobile, and collaborative learning.
