Side, a real estate technology company, needed a scalable way to get the attention of busy agents and brokerages and drive more qualified conversations. They partnered with SaaSMQL to explore integrated, multi-touch direct mail campaigns as part of an account-based marketing approach.
SaaSMQL implemented a combined cold email and direct mail ABM funnel, with email warm-up and triggered follow-ups after boxes were delivered. The program scaled to 351 opportunities in 6 months, generating $17M in pipeline and $1.2M in ARR, with more than $9M in open pipeline.
