Confident Cannabis, now Confident LIMS, needed a better way to reach the roughly 250 certified cannabis testing labs in North America. Their inbound efforts through content, SEO, and SEM were not generating enough demand, so they turned to SaaSMQL to build an account-based marketing program for their lab information management system.
SaaSMQL implemented a multi-channel ABM campaign combining cold email, direct mail, email follow-ups, a branded gift box, a one-pager, and a custom landing page with Calendly booking. In just 3 months, the program engaged 33.8% of target accounts, generated 25 opportunities, and added $300,000 in sales pipeline, with Confident Cannabis noting the campaign produced a strong ROI and helped create multiple signed deals and additional pipeline.
