ezDI, a leading healthcare data intelligence company, aimed to leverage Azure cloud marketplaces for their SaaS offerings but faced a roadblock. The challenge was that Azure does not allow the listing of usage-based private offers, preventing them from selling their services as they wanted. They turned to SaaSify for a solution.
SaaSify developed a custom "Bulk Upload" feature to meet ezDI's specific needs. This solution enabled them to publish usage-based offers that were billed automatically, eliminating manual work and ensuring accurate, on-time customer billing. The implementation provided ezDI with zero resource redirection and gave them the ability to manage sales at scale conveniently, allowing them to successfully launch Azure Marketplace as a new sales channel.
