S-Digital designed and built native iOS and Android apps that work offline and integrate via a REST API with MedicAlert's centralized system. The solution provides a simple, scrollable screen for essential information and generates a formatted PDF for sharing. The API also includes marketing automation triggers for member journeys. The apps ensure all members have secure, reliable access to their vital medical data anytime, anywhere.
