Vanbreda Risk & Benefits, an Antwerp-based insurance broker with 650 employees, faced a fully paper-based, time-consuming expense process that slowed reimbursements and tied up finance in repetitive tasks. The change redistributed administrative work across finance and commercial teams, freed finance for more strategic activities, and produced rapid user adoption—employees now act as ambassadors for the Rydoo solution.
