Nipro, a global medical device company manufacturing and shipping dialysis machines, needed to move away from a paper-heavy expense process across its international offices. With employees in multiple countries handling receipts, spreadsheets, and manual reimbursement steps, the company wanted a faster, more digital workflow that could also support local compliance requirements.
Rydoo was implemented for expense management, initially in Nipro’s Dutch and Belgian offices, with plans to expand to 15 countries. The solution let employees scan receipts, submit expenses, and get reimbursed more quickly, while also integrating tightly with SAP and supporting approval controls for spending such as late bookings. The main results were faster reimbursements, less paper, improved digital administration, and strong employee adoption with very little training needed.
