Endeavor Brasil, a nonprofit that supports high‑impact entrepreneurs, was struggling with a fully manual, time‑consuming expense process: 80 employees submitted 50–60 paper forms monthly (about six expenses each), leading to errors, rework and low morale. To scale efficiently they adopted Rydoo, an award‑winning FinTech expense management solution that automates receipts, approvals and reporting.
Rydoo was implemented in the first week of January 2016 and adopted by all 80 employees within two weeks; by year‑end every employee expense went through Rydoo. The change cut finance time on expenses from one week per month to about two hours, lowering expense‑management costs from €8,077 to €474 per finance employee (a €7,603 saving) and delivering an estimated 1,605% ROI.
