A Rydoo Case Study
NEC Brazil, the São Paulo branch of a global technology and security company, faced a major administrative burden from paper-based expense processes and Brazil’s 10-year tax document retention rules. Before adopting Rydoo in 2016, the team used physical documents, manual signatures and paid for offsite storage, which conflicted with the company’s tech-focused values and slowed day-to-day operations.
Rydoo’s digital expense platform was rolled out with executive backing and simple onboarding, led internally by Clarice Oliveira and her team, converting originals to searchable PDFs and eliminating paper storage. The Rydoo implementation cut expense-checking from a full-time eight-hour job to three hours a day (about five hours saved daily), removed storage costs, and sped up document retrieval and reporting.
