How Q_PERIOR brought innovation into its expense management process

Q_PERIOR, a Munich-based management consulting firm, wanted to modernize its expense management for consultants who travel four to five days a week. The company needed a faster, more efficient, environmentally friendly, and paperless way to handle travel expenses, while also making sure the solution was easy for employees to adopt. Rydoo helped Q_PERIOR roll out a digital, paperless expense process by providing training materials and onboarding support that Q_PERIOR adapted for its internal language and intranet. The company first tested the solution with 40–50 employees, then expanded it across the DACH region, where around 5,000 receipts are now uploaded and submitted in the app each week.
