Deloitte België needed a faster, more accurate way to handle employee expense claims and eliminate the heavy month-end workload created by paper-based onkostennota’s. The company wanted better control over spending, quicker visibility into costs by client or project, and less administrative burden for its finance team. Rydoo’s mobile expense app was used to digitize the process for more than 3,000 employees.
Rydoo implemented a cloud-based SaaS expense management solution integrated bidirectionally with Deloitte’s SAP ERP system, allowing receipts to be scanned, uploaded, reviewed, and corrected in real time. The result was a fully digital expense workflow, fewer month-end peaks, less risk of lost receipts, stronger fraud checks, and easier tax recovery; Deloitte also reported being able to see spend earlier and process expenses much faster.
