Deloitte Belgium, a consultancy with around 4,000 employees, faced heavy month‑end workload spikes from manual expense reports and paper receipts. To modernize expense processing they deployed Rydoo’s SaaS mobile expense app beginning in 2015, with 3,000+ users scanning receipts and submitting expenses in real time.

Rydoo’s solution uses mobile capture, automatic data extraction, built‑in controls and a bi‑directional SAP interface to store digital receipts, route approvals and flag anomalies. The result: digital submissions across the month (eliminating paper storage), faster reimbursements and project spend visibility, stronger fraud and duplicate detection, easier VAT recovery (via an added country field), and a “significantly reduced” end‑of‑month workload, according to Deloitte — all delivered through Rydoo.
