Rycor implemented its Fee Management, Online Payments and Advanced Forms to automate fee setup, enforce user permissions, and centralize collections; the district moved from about 8% to roughly 72% online collection (and has averaged 92.6% collection over seven years), processed over $6.9M in online payments and managed more than $9.6M in school fees. The result was reduced cash/check handling, thousands of dollars and hours saved, and improved financial transparency and oversight across the division.
