Inview Imaging (formerly Antioch Medical Imaging) faced rapid expansion after a 2017 acquisition—growing from one facility and one biller to 29 facilities and 14 billers—and found their legacy software unable to support reporting, statements, and scaling needs. Seeking a modern, customizable solution, Inview Imaging selected RXNT’s billing software to replace their “archaic” system.

RXNT implemented a customizable billing platform with features like a billing dashboard, pending statements, streamlined workflows and reporting, plus responsive customer support. The change cut Inview’s monthly statement processing (about 2,000 statements) from a month-long task requiring 4–6 people to under 30 seconds, saving over 650 hours per month, improving productivity and helping the company scale while staying within budget.
