State Farm Insurance Company completes a $500 million Regional Customer Center with Ruskin

State Farm Insurance Company required architectural products that combined both function and aesthetic appeal for their new $500 million Regional Customer Center in Richardson, Texas. The challenge involved engineering large-scale components, including wind-driven rain louvers and massive hinged doors, to meet specific design and structural requirements for the multi-building campus. Vendor Ruskin provided the necessary products and engineering expertise for this complex project.

Ruskin engineered and manufactured custom EME520DD louvers and EV811 equipment screens designed to withstand significant wind loads and fulfill the architect's vision. The solution included creating 45-foot-tall screens and massive 17.5-foot-wide by 8.5-foot-tall hinged louver doors, each leaf weighing approximately 500 pounds. Through close coordination and expert assistance from their representative, Ruskin ensured the project's smooth completion, resulting in a satisfied customer and a successfully equipped facility.
