St. John Medical Center protects its 375,000 CFM generator system with Ruskin

The St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK, faced a challenge protecting the large air intake openings for its new rooftop emergency generator system from the area's frequent wind and rain. Ruskin provided a solution using its Wind Driven Rain Resistant EME6625 Louver to prevent water penetration.

Ruskin designed and built a massive 54' x 15' penthouse using the EME6625 louver, which was specifically engineered to handle severe weather. This solution created a very low pressure drop while providing excellent rain protection and the high airflow capacity required for the 375,000 CFM generator system, ensuring the critical equipment remained dry and secure.
