Buro Happold partnered with Rungway to improve real-time global connections and enable company-wide collaboration on new company values. Using Rungway’s Values Exchange Initiative, employees were invited to review and give feedback on fifteen potential values, with an anonymous option and controls to protect anonymity while encouraging honest participation.
Rungway’s platform captured demographic insights broken down by gender, department, generation and region, revealing that over 60% of employees adopted the platform and that terms like “mutual accountability” and “meritocracy” ranked highly; it also showed women were more critical than men on certain propositions. These results gave Buro Happold’s management measurable, actionable feedback to shape their values and engagement work.
