A Run The World Case Study
TBLI Group, led by Robert Rubenstein, needed to pivot quickly when global travel halted and keep its impact-investing community engaged and revenue-generating. To replace in-person conferences and salons, TBLI adopted Run The World’s virtual events platform to deliver interactive, connection-focused experiences rather than simple video conferencing.
Using Run The World, TBLI now runs 10+ weekly networking sessions (70–100 attendees each), 15+ webinars/keynotes (100–200 attendees), 4 investor salons (100+ attendees), and three regional multi-day conferences (~50 speakers and ~400 attendees each). Run The World’s tools enabled TBLI to monetize salons and conferences to subsidize free weekly programming, accelerate community growth, spark new partnerships from networking, and complete a successful pivot to a virtual business model.
