Inc. Magazine faced a familiar 2020 problem: how to preserve the intimacy and social connection of its in-person Inc. 5000 Vision Conference and member communities when the event went virtual. To recreate meaningful networking and skill-building opportunities for Inc. Masters and Inc. Solopreneurs, Inc. Magazine turned to Run The World’s virtual events platform to host fireside chats, expert Masterclasses, and invite-only networking sessions.
Using Run The World, Inc. Magazine ran a series of recurring events—including three months of invite-only Inc. Masters mixers, three exclusive Inc. Solopreneurs offerings (two networking sessions and a Masterclass), one expert-led Productivity Masterclass, and a leadership AMA—whose Run The World sessions became the most favorited by attendees and sparked demand for ongoing programming. Run The World’s features (chat, Grab the Mic, speaker-led training) helped Inc. Magazine deliver exclusive real-time content to subscribers, deepen member engagement, and institutionalize a recurring networking and learning series beyond the conference.
