How HarvardxDesign Conference used Run The World to Create an Interactive Experience for 1000+ Attendees

Reality x Design, the student organizers behind the annual Harvard xDesign conference, needed to move their 9th event online and still keep it engaging, interactive, and easy to manage for a global audience. They turned to Run The World and its virtual event tools, including tiered ticketing and audience engagement features.

Run The World helped Reality x Design create a dynamic virtual conference with panels, breakout discussions, “Grab the Mic” Q&A, and Groupfie photos to capture the event. The results were strong: the 6-hour conference sold over 1,000 tickets, generated 3,000+ emoji clicks, and used three Groupfie photos to help make the experience memorable.
