Rullion partnered with a large UK insurance retailer to design, implement and manage a comprehensive recruitment solution across permanent, temporary and contract hiring. The customer needed better control and visibility over recruitment, faster time-to-hire, stronger candidate attraction, and reduced attrition while supporting a major customer service transformation and high-volume hiring needs.

Rullion delivered its bespoke myRecruiter platform alongside dedicated account management and multi-channel talent attraction campaigns, including a microsite, social advertising, job boards and offline marketing. The result was 547 permanent roles filled, 110 internal moves managed, £2.1m in cost savings over two years, a 24% reduction in attrition, and a client Net Promoter Score of 50. The campaign also generated over 3,000 applications and led to 186 successful permanent placements.
