The customer needed greater visibility, improved recruitment efficiency, and tighter control over agency worker activity and spend, while also supporting permanent hiring, early careers, and internal mobility.

Rullion implemented its managed service solution using the myRecruiter platform, migrated over 700 agency workers within 12 weeks, and provided on-site support, vetting, and recruitment process outsourcing for graduates, internships, apprenticeships, and permanent roles. The results included £1.4 million in cost avoidance, a 97% fulfilment rate, 750+ contractors on site, 1,200+ contractors placed, 136,913 timesheets processed, and a reduction in vetting time to 29 days; Rullion also helped increase the female engineering workforce from 12% to 27%.
