Conscious, a design, websites and marketing agency for law firms, needed reliable call tracking and lead attribution to connect website enquiries and inbound telephone calls to actual closed leads in clients’ CRM systems. After trialling several tools, they chose Ruler Analytics and its call tracking and analytics platform in early 2016 to address gaps in tracking, integrations and transparent pricing.

Ruler Analytics implemented visitor- and keyword-level tracking and integrated with clients’ CRMs and Google Analytics, passing the marketing source for each lead and call. As a result, Conscious gained accurate reporting and attribution—matching telephone calls and form fills to leads that close in CRM—while benefiting from quick setup and ongoing support from the Ruler Analytics team.
